Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our AI transformation in developer productivity. You will own the roadmap for AI-enhanced engineering workflows, partnering with infrastructure and engineering leadership to deliver AI-native solutions and measurable outcomes.

You will work with engineers to implement tools and agentic workflows, define success metrics, and ensure customer needs are reflected in roadmaps. This role is in-office on a hybrid schedule in New York City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a TPM/PM hybrid role.
• Background in software, data, or systems engineering.
• Experience owning a roadmap: setting strategy and prioritization.
• Experience with developer productivity, tooling, or engineering platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy for AI-enhanced engineering workflows across Lyft.
• Own and communicate the roadmap for AI-driven productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows.
• Manage end-to-end programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into roadmaps.
