You will own the roadmap, set priorities, and partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows that solve real developer pain. This role blends program delivery with product sense and requires a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a TPM/PM hybrid role.
• Experience owning a roadmap and defining success across competing demands.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lyft's AI transformation in developer productivity: shape strategy for AI-enhanced engineering workflows.
• Own the roadmap: prioritize, define success, and align with stakeholders across teams.
• Partner with engineering to build AI-native workflows that solve real developer pain.
• Run end-to-end programs, coordinating across infrastructure, developer platforms, and leadership.
• Act as voice of the customer, surfacing pain points and feeding them into roadmaps.
• Define success metrics, gather requirements, and ensure shipped solutions fix problems.
• Manage plans with leads to call out risks early and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Own program health: track milestones, surface blockers, and keep decisions transparent.
• Use technical background to ask sharp questions and build credible plans.
• Share in the team's release on-call rotation.
