Lyft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our AI transformation in developer productivity, shaping how engineers work with AI—from tooling to agentic workflows—and owning the roadmap for your area.

You will partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows, run end-to-end programs, define success metrics, and translate customer needs into technical roadmaps while aligning with leaders across Lyft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a TPM/PM hybrid.
• Background in software, data, or systems engineering.
• Experience owning a roadmap: setting strategy, prioritizing, defining success.
