Job summary
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect strategy to execution for Ford’s electric vehicle digital ecosystem. You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives, manage roadmaps, dependencies, and risk, and align cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations.
The role combines innovation with enterprise delivery discipline, operating in a hybrid environment with on-site collaboration several days a week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, business transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar delivery leadership role.
- Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives across Ford’s EV digital ecosystem.
- Drive roadmap development, prioritization, dependency management, and execution discipline.
- Bridge the gap between EVDD innovation and legacy systems through cross-functional collaboration.
