Job summary

Silicontek Inc is seeking a Technical Program Manager (APM) based in Jersey City, NJ, to lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise data platform. This hybrid role requires significant experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data platforms such as Snowflake, a leadership role in program management, and a proven record of executing complex data strategies. The position allows for a balanced work model of in-person and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of the enterprise data platform using Agile methodologies.
• Supervise implementation of complex data pipelines from source systems.
• Ensure alignment with broader data strategy and business objectives.
• Serve as primary point of communication for senior leadership.
• Enforce data architecture standards and governance.
• Manage RAG status reporting, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee project budgets and cost optimization strategies.
