Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience using vendor products and managing vendor relations for on-demand access to applications and services.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Analytical reasoning to break down objectives into actionable tasks and activities.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risk recommendations with proper escalation and data-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile methodologies and AI-enabled practices to foster continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with proper validation and sensitivity handling.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting with human review.
