Job summary

Glean, Mountain View-based Work AI platform, seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs across product, engineering, design, and GTM. You will shape roadmaps, drive multi-quarter initiatives, and ensure technical excellence with customer empathy.

You will partner with Product, Eng, Design, and Customer Success to orchestrate end-to-end delivery, align priorities, manage risks, and deliver high-impact experiences that advance Glean’s mission.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of technical program management experience in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Deep background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI products.
• Strong ability to translate complex capabilities into practical product impact.
• Experience with API design, data systems, and product integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development programs from ideation to launch.
• Build and maintain program plans with clear scope, timelines, and ownership.
• Drive cross-functional execution with speed and quality.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Success for product rollouts and adoption.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to align priorities and unblock delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
• Establish visibility into execution health using velocity and adoption metrics.
• Structure programs for major launches and platform enhancements.
