Glean builds the Work AI platform, which began as enterprise search and has evolved into a full-scale AI ecosystem powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents. This role is crucial for leading large-scale, cross‑functional initiatives that define, scale, and optimize Glean’s infrastructure platform, ensuring it remains performant, scalable, and resilient as the company continues its rapid growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead: Drive end-to-end infrastructure programs spanning compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and AI workloads.
- Strategize: Guide the company’s Infrastructure roadmap across Setup & Deployment, Runtime, Storage, and AI Infrastructure.
- Orchestrate: Define and coordinate how Glean instances are deployed, upgraded, and monitored at scale.
- Collaborate: Partner with AI and Data teams to evolve ML pipelines, model training infrastructure, and the LLM serving stack.
- Optimize: Build clear visibility into infrastructure cost drivers and partner with finance and engineering leaders on optimization initiatives.
The Must-Haves
- Background: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Senior‑level technical program management, infrastructure, or SRE.
- Experience: 8-10+ years in technical program management, infrastructure, or SRE, with at least 3-5 years managing infra or platform‑scale programs; proven success delivering cross‑functional infrastructure programs in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Skills: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and orchestration systems; ability to structure complex multi‑quarter infrastructure programs with clear milestones; strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage through ambiguity.
- Bonus: Understanding of data pipelines, ML training workflows, and LLM runtime infrastructure.
