Job summary

Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation smart-home and connected consumer products.

This is a hands-on technical role spanning Electrical Engineering, R&D, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers, taking products from concept through production in a hybrid Tennessee setting with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of consumer electronics, smart-home, IoT, or related product development experience.
• At least 5 years leading technical engineering projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead new electronic product development from concept through launch.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical controls, PCBA design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Support connected products using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and related wireless technologies.
