Ideal candidates have progressed from engineering into technical program management, with experience in regulated defense settings and strong communication skills for reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex hardware programs.
• Experience in defense or regulated engineering environments.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex program plans, schedules and dependencies.
• Translate technical roadmaps into clear execution plans.
• Manage program risks, opportunities and cross-functional dependencies.
