Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end strategic roadmap and delivery for enterprise capabilities, ensuring modernization, scalability, and alignment with business growth priorities.
• Own executive communications on delivery status, program risk and long-term architectural decisions to drive enterprise-wide technology alignment.
• Establish and scale TPM best practices, governance frameworks, and OKR-based performance models across multiple domains.
• Mentor and develop TPM leaders, fostering a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and delivery accountability.
• Decompose complex problems into practical and operational solutions.
• Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation.
