Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• 2+ years of IT Security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACTI customer experience initiatives, data governance, metrics and reporting, and RB activities.
• Translate analyst requirements into actionable engineering roadmap items.
• Drive metrics-based improvements and scalable automation across teams.
• Coordinate cross-team goals and priorities and manage customer feedback cycles.
• Influence diverse teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on strategic objectives.
