• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.

• 2+ years of IT Security experience

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for ACTI's customer experience initiatives and data governance, metrics and reporting, and the operational rhythm of business activities.
• Own the customer feedback cycle, coordinate cross-team goals and priorities, and ensure analyst requirements translate into actionable engineering roadmap items.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and customer teams to develop innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges.
• Drive metrics-based improvements and manage roadblocks to deliver impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across senior leadership.
