Rover.com in Seattle is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across product, engineering, data, and operations. You will own end-to-end program execution, align stakeholders, and manage dependencies in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, requiring deep judgment under uncertainty and the ability to operate across Rover’s Seattle and Barcelona teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to own scope from ideation to delivery and retrospective.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across senior leadership.
• Judgment under ambiguity: decide when to escalate or decide.

Responsibilities

• Take programs from shapeless to executable with clear scope and owners.
• Own execution strategy and sequencing across Rover teams.
• Drive decisions, frame trade-offs, and secure alignment with stakeholders.
• Be the technical peer to engineering on architecture, dependencies, and rollout.
• Define and report KPIs to signal program health early.
• Build and maintain program artifacts: charters, plans, risk logs.
