Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience across global time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of software systems, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and contemporary infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience driving complex software programs in fast-paced development environments.
• Understanding of full-stack dependencies including infrastructure bring-up and operational needs.
• Experience coordinating architecture through launch and operational support.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills with experience in large-scale Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of software platform initiatives, including planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, product, and operations teams for alignment.
• Head cross-functional initiatives spanning cloud-native services, platform software, and integration.
• Ensure full-stack readiness with dependencies across infrastructure and bring-up.
• Identify risks and resolve cross-functional technical and programmatic issues.
• Establish success metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
• Drive efficiency by aligning leads and streamlining SDLC processes.
