Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex internal infrastructure and cloud initiatives. The role is hybrid in San Jose (3 days a week) or remote, reporting to the REIS Cloud Operations Manager.

Qualifications

Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to augment workflows.
Proficiency with operational information systems and PM tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, Jira, Confluence).
10+ years of hands-on technical PM experience in SaaS/cloud.
Experience leading internal infrastructure, servers, networking, and cloud services projects.
Experience driving cross-functional projects across engineering, product management, and cloud operations.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end management of internal infrastructure, cloud builds, DC migrations, and cloud services programs.
Partner with system engineers, infra architects, cloud ops, security, and engineering leads for alignment.
Establish PM frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to improve execution rigor in REIS projects.
Manage risk, track technical dependencies, and provide governance to leadership.
Maintain data integrity across PM tools to support data-driven decisions.
