AWS Connect team is building an innovative cloud-based contact center platform within Amazon Web Services (AWS). This Senior Technical Program Manager role focuses on delivering scalable and resilient systems, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong customer focus as the service grows in the cloud.

You will work with design, technical, and business leaders to set strategy, define the product, and manage internal/external dependencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
