Job summary

Amazon's Sequence Models team is advancing centralized interpretation of customer journeys using cutting-edge ML and AI techniques. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will own cross‑functional program delivery spanning multiple teams, product lines, and business stakeholders.

You will partner with engineering leaders to shape architecture, drive execution, and ensure scalable, reliable outcomes across ads, stores, and media tech. You will mentor TPMs and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-team programs across product, science and eng.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders at SVP/CEO levels.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical programs on time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across multiple teams and orgs.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment across engineering, product, science, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for executive visibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks in large-scale distributed systems.
