Job summary

BrightAI seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the development lifecycle of our AI/IoT platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

You will shape strategy with the product team, mentor senior engineers, and manage multiple initiatives while staying ahead of emerging technologies and market trends in AI and edge/cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and leading engineering teams.
• Experience with full product development lifecycle.
• Experience in cloud-based technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects.
• Plan every phase from the idea through closure or post-closure monitoring.
• Develop logical solutions by asking questions, thorough examination, coordination and collaboration with decision makers.
• Work with product team to develop a strategy and road map for clients.
• Lead senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, often moderately complex.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain knowledge of advancements in product technologies.
• Understand the impact of emerging business trends and their implications.
