Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise AI Native and GenAI initiatives. You will manage 10+ workstreams, drive RAG/Agentic AI solutions, and establish governance across Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

The role emphasizes technical depth in modern AI architectures, with a focus on production-grade implementations, observability, and ROI measurement. This is a contract opportunity through Tundra Technical Solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in technical program management with AI/GenAI delivery.
• Experience leading AI/GenAI at scale in production.
• Strong Azure AI/OpenAI and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 10+ AI/GenAI workstreams, aligned with business objectives and tech strategy.
• Drive execution of AI-native applications including RAG, Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
• Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Define and govern AI quality frameworks, including evaluation harnesses, benchmark testing, gold datasets, hallucination reduction, and continuous validation.
• Drive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps, observability, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.
• Measure and communicate business outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, model performance, and ROI.
