Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to join the Foundations team within the Agentic WorkSpaces organization in Seattle.

You will drive complex, multi-team programs spanning core engineering capabilities including a high-performance remote display protocol, streaming infrastructure, and observability, coordinating across US and Europe to deliver secure, enterprise-scale desktop experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience coordinating with software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for cross-cutting initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery across geographically distributed teams (US and Europe) with timezone-aware communication.
• Drive launch readiness for new features and services, including operational readiness reviews and documentation.
• Build and maintain program health dashboards for leadership visibility into progress and blockers.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers with engineering managers and product managers.
• Improve program management mechanisms and streamline processes for predictable delivery.
• Partner with product management to translate priorities into actionable program plans.
