Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate with executives while shaping AI user experiences across frontend, serving, and integrations.

In this role you will manage a TPM team within Workspace Intelligence and Workspace Search to deliver an AI agent driven ecosystem, partnering with multiple engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 10 years of experience in product, engineering, operations, or technical consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization and resource management.
• Drive measurable program performance gains and governance over prioritization decisions.
• Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio and resource planning.
• Drive mission-critical GenAI programs across AI, 1p/2p/3p programs and infrastructure projects.
