Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-team programs in the Foundations team of the Agentic WorkSpaces organization.

You will own end-to-end execution, drive alignment across US/Europe, and ensure successful launches with operability and validation plans. The role requires coordinating across multiple engineering teams, building program dashboards, and partnering with product management to translate priorities into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience coordinating with software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for cross-cutting initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams in Foundations and adjacent teams within Agentic WorkSpaces.
• Coordinate delivery across US and Europe, managing timezone-aware communication cadences and alignment.
• Drive launch readiness for new features and services through planning, operability reviews, and go-to-market coordination.
• Build and maintain program health dashboards for leadership visibility on progress, blockers, and resource needs.
