Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down objectives into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity rules.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope and deliverables.
• Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting with human review.
