• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations; escalate when uncertain and follow data handling expectations.
• Advanced stakeholder management with the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proven ability to apply analytical reasoning to break down objectives into manageable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting, ensuring human review aligns with delivery standards.
