Qualifications

• Experience in localization or content operations with AI-assisted translation
• Ability to design self-serve localization workflows and platforms
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering to ship prototypes and measure adoption
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and modern web tooling
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own the localization infrastructure product roadmap and architecture decisions
• Collaborate with engineers to design multi-platform localization systems
• Build functional prototypes to validate ideas before full engineering
• Design workflows that reduce routing bottlenecks and enable self-service
• Lead AI-assisted translation tooling adoption while maintaining quality
• Manage vendor relationships and integration with internal tooling
