Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior TPM, Content Platforms to own the AI content operations roadmap and partner with marketing, learning, and engineering teams. You will ship prototypes, measure adoption, and drive improvements across the content stack using AI tools.

The role focuses on embedding with creators and operators to reduce friction, while balancing build-vs-buy decisions and delivering tangible business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern content operations and content management workflows.
• Ability to ship internal tools and prototypes end-to-end.
• Comfort working with AI development tools and model APIs.

Responsibilities

• Embed with marketing and learning teams to understand content workflows and friction points.
• Own the AI content operations product roadmap and prioritize builds and buys.
• Ship AI-powered tools to shorten idea-to-published content cycles (metadata, doc‑to‑CMS, QA checks).
• Build functional prototypes to validate ideas and refine requirements with engineers.
• Drive adoption by ensuring the tools fit into daily workflows.
