Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is hiring a Senior Technical Program Leader to own complex cloud programs from planning through rollout. You will translate product priorities into concrete execution plans, partnering with engineers on architecture and sequencing while surfacing dependencies and risks early.

You will coordinate launches across compute, networking, storage, and the cloud control plane, aligning diverse teams on readiness and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs or engineering management.
• Experience shipping complex cloud services.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure, ML platforms, or orchestration (Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Own complex programs from planning through rollout with clear accountability for schedule and quality.
• Turn product priorities and engineering strategy into execution plans with milestones and owners.
• Partner with engineers on architecture, estimates, and sequencing; surface dependencies and risks early.
• Coordinate launches across compute, networking, storage, and cloud control plane with cross-functional teams.
• Build a practical delivery cadence linking roadmap planning, capacity, testing, and release gates.
• Provide leadership with a unified view of progress, blockers, and decisions; escalate timely when needed.
• Define launch success measures for service availability, provisioning, performance, and customer experience.
