Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA seeks a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from kickoff through delivery. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives, and serve as the primary interface for reviews and status updates.

You’ll own schedules, coordinate deliverables, manage risks, and drive governance to ensure profitability and timely decisions, with a focus on commercial and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years managing multiple technical programs in aerospace or similarly regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex concepts into clear updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs from kickoff through delivery with cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate customer requirements and program goals into actionable plans with visibility into progress and risks.
• Serve as the primary interface between technical teams, leadership, and customers for reviews and status updates.
• Own program execution with integrated schedules, deliverables, and clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Own commercial and operational success, including budgets, forecasts, and contract execution.
• Drive program governance through requirements, change control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
