Job summary

Revolution Space is seeking a highly organized Technical Program Manager to shepherd complex aerospace programs from proposal through execution, building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and reviewing SOWs.

You will partner with engineering, test, and research teams to reduce schedule duration, assess risks, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years in TPM or related fields; US export rules apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in engineering or related technical field.
  • 5+ years in program planning, project management, or TPM.
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Experience writing and reviewing SOWs and technical program documentation.
  • Strong critical path methodology, schedule risk analysis, and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter with ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for highly technical programs.
  • Create, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) aligning technical, contractual, and programmatic requirements.
  • Conduct critical path analyses and identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering, test, and research teams to reduce schedule duration and improve execution.
  • Develop alternative execution approaches and contingency plans to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Facilitate program planning activities including work breakdown structures, milestones, and risk management.
  • Lead action item tracking and ensure timely closure of program issues and decisions.
  • Drive accountability by establishing ownership, priorities, and follow-through.
