Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management.
• Experience leading company-level programs in ads, marketplace systems, ML/AI, ranking, or similar domains.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple orgs on high-risk programs.
• Experience shaping company-level product/tech roadmaps and translating opportunities into priorities.
• Expertise in building accountability systems: metrics, roadmaps, governance, dependencies, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-level programs within Ads & Monetization with direct impact on OKRs.
• Identify opportunities to drive long-term business innovation and differentiation within Ads; anticipate issues.
• Influence at VP level; provide strategic input and cross-org alignment.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and GTM teams.
• Own the metrics and accountability framework for programs; connect delivery, performance, experimentation, and measurement.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, high-stakes work with decision frameworks and stakeholder alignment.
• Exercise technical judgment to evaluate approaches, anticipate failure modes, and guide teams.
• Embed AI tools into workflows to accelerate planning, reporting, and repeatable processes.
• Provide mentorship and create reusable tools for the TPM org.
