Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a TPA Retirement Plan Counselor to build and support Third-Party Administrator relationships in the sales, service, and retention of retirement plans on Capital Group’s recordkeeping platforms.

This role requires 5+ years in third-party administration or retirement plan sales, a bachelor’s degree, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. You’ll travel up to 75% and lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in third‑party administration, retirement plan sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management and Leadership: manage large territories and influence senior business leaders to achieve objectives.
• Business Acumen and Strategic Execution: develop processes and lead large-scale projects across the organization.
• Retirement Industry Expertise: in-depth knowledge of 401(k) plans, ERISA regulations, and retirement plan products.
