Job summary

The Capital Group is seeking a seasoned TPA Retirement Plan Counselor to educate and support TPAs on our retirement plan solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with sales, service, and retention teams across Capital’s recordkeeping platforms, helping clients and advisors serve their plans effectively.

This role requires strong territory management, leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% while delivering education, strategic guidance, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in third-party administration, retirement plan sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large territory and influence senior-level clients.
