Comfrt is expanding into the toy category and seeks a Senior Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of sensory, weighted, squishy, and novelty toys. The role blends technical product development with market insight to drive growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with design, sourcing, QA, and finance teams, manage overseas vendor relationships, and own the development calendar to ensure timely launches in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline.
• 7-10+ years of product development experience in toys, plush, or related consumer goods.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end toy category development from concept through production.
• Lead collaboration with Senior Toy Designer to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with consumer needs and growth objectives.
• Manage prototyping, sampling, and production handoff with vendors to meet milestones.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear financial justifications.
