Job summary

Altasciences Preclinical Columbia LLC in Everett, WA seeks a study pathologist to perform tissue evaluations and oversee necropsy supervision on preclinical toxicology studies. You will diagnose disease/toxicity and guide staff, ensuring accurate data integration into study reports.

Required are a D.V.M. or Ph.D. with 5+ years in GLP toxicologic pathology and Diplomate status or equivalent. Strong leadership and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• D.V.M. or Ph.D. required in toxicologic pathology or related field.
• Diplomate status (ACVP/JCVP/ECVP/RCP) preferred.
• Experience in GLP toxicology pathology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform macroscopic and microscopic tissue evaluations and interpretation of assigned studies.
• Assist with necropsy supervision and gross pathology interpretation; guide staff for sample collection and development.
• Write comprehensive narratives detailing test article effects.
• Enter pathology findings in data capture systems.
• Work with study directors to integrate data into study reports.
