Job summary

ADB Companies is seeking skilled tower technicians to join the A-Team in Missouri. This non-exempt role focuses on safety, skilled RF/testing and field installation across nationwide projects.

Expect 100% travel, climbing towers up to 500+ feet, and hands-on work with coax, antennas, and fiber tests. Starting wage is $26 per hour, with opportunities for skill growth and CAM-based career advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Wireless Technologies preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• RF Awareness Training preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently.
• Properly PIM test, RF Sweep test and Fiber test as requested from the top of the tower.
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers.
• Rig a tower in a Class III/IV rigging scenario and climb towers up to 500+ ft.
• Layout and install an Ice Bridge and perform proper use of cad welds.
• Troubleshoot fiber, power and RF issues utilizing PIM/Sweep gear and fiber tester.
• Take Pre-Construction and Closeout photos.
• Gain knowledge from experienced Technicians and foremen to develop CAM.
• Perform other duties as requested.
