Job summary

Safety National, based in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Senior HR Total Rewards Analyst to strengthen retirement plan administration and governance within our Total Rewards program.

You will partner with trustees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient retirement operations while delivering a high-quality employee experience. A hybrid schedule in our St. Louis office supports work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or benefits administration.
• Experience with 401(k) plans and third‑party retirement plan providers.
• Knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid work schedule with ~80% in Saint Louis office.
