• Headcount planning and budgeting experience is beneficial.
• Experience building job architecture and pricing roles using market data.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, and equity processes.
• Build and maintain job architecture, price roles using market data, and support offer decisions.
• Run compensation cycles and implement compensation tools.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders on annual headcount plans and in-year changes.
• Own people budgeting, including merit/bonus/equity pool modeling and offer cost impact.
