Forvia is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards initiatives. The role focuses on vendor management for health, welfare, retirement, and related programs, with collaboration across HR, Finance, and Plant Leadership to align rewards with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in compensation/benefits, strong vendor negotiation skills, and expertise with self-insured plans and HR analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• CEBS/CCP/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Benefits Administration & Vendor Management across TPAs, carriers, brokers and wellness providers.
• Vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and SLA management.
• Review claims utilization, healthcare trends, and cost containment opportunities.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee education sessions.
