Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of US Total Rewards programs with a focus on Benefits.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver competitive, compliant reward programs and to advance analytics, AI, and automation across Total Rewards processes. The position requires strong benefits expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Experience with benefit providers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structures, and annual compensation processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret compensation and benefits data, delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Administer US employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, wellbeing, leave, voluntary benefits).
• Serve as primary contact for benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR partners, and managers.
• Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
• Support Open Enrollment activities, communications, education campaigns, and renewals.
• Monitor participation, utilization, and costs; analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
