Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Lead Logistics Functional Manager with deep DoD logistics expertise to guide system development and cross-agency integration under the JTMS contract.

This role requires mastery of transportation regulations and experience across DoD transport programs, with US citizenship and a Secret clearance. Permanent assignment near Scott AFB enables frequent in-person sessions and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Mastery of DoD logistics concepts and procedures.
• Mastery knowledge of DoD transportation regulations (DTR, 49 CFR, MFTURP-1) and customs rules.
• Experience with DoD transportation programs (hazardous materials, ITV, depots).
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, fielding, and deployment of major DoD transportation systems.
• Conduct business process analysis and cross-agency integration for the JTMS contract.
• Manage information management processes and advise on configuration and system requirements.
• Demonstrate understanding of DoD logistics in peacetime and wartime operations.
• Coordinate with multiple DoD agencies and ensure SME leadership in projects.
