LSI SOLUTIONS® in Victor, NY is seeking a Toolmaker II or Senior to support the development of new designs and prototypes. You will fabricate components, program machine tools, and work with engineers to optimize tolerances. This onsite role involves mentoring junior machinists and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Trade school and/or NYS Certification Papers, Journeyman Papers required.
• 5 years minimum experience required.
• 10 years minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts for prototypes and manufacturing to drawing specifications.
• Operate machine tools to produce precision components.
• Lead small multi-part projects independently.
• Collaborate with engineers on tolerancing and design for manufacturing.
• Develop fabrication processes for prototypes and production parts.
• Teach and develop junior machinists and toolmakers.
