The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong blueprint reading and AutoCAD skills. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong supervisory and training skills; capable of leading tool room staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Tooling Engineer and all toolroom employees.
• Oversee tooling repairs, quotes, vendor selection and design revisions for new mold construction.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and engineering for tooling needs and improvements.
• Maintain CAR records and monitor tooling vendor relationships globally.
