E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. is seeking a Tooling Engineer to facilitate stamping tool fabrication at its Athens, TN facility.

You will influence tooling concepts, manage tooling fabrication projects, and implement tooling into manufacturing processes while complying with E&E quality systems and safety regulations. You will collaborate with tooling vendors, simulation teams, and engineering to ensure manufacturability, efficiency, and cost-savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years as Mechanical/Tooling Engineer in automotive manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma/TPM CI experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design stamping tooling with internal and external vendors.
• Lead tooling projects from concept to production startup.
• Review designs for manufacturability, efficiency and cost savings.
• Coordinate tool milestones and material receipt to company.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tooling records and PSO processes.
