Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Stamping Engineer to design, develop, and optimize stamping processes for manufacturing operations. You will ensure stamped components meet quality, production targets, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include tooling and die design, process improvement, quality assurance, and project management. Domestic and international travel is required; the role is based at our Fulling Mill Rd campus with remote work optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of stamping, tooling design, and manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of metal forming, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and FEA.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Project management with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Based at Fulling Mill Rd campus; remote work option possible.

Responsibilities

• Stamping process design and development for internal and external manufacturing.
• Design or oversee stamping tools and dies; ensure tool capability.
• Continuously improve stamping processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Perform quality assurance with process capability studies.
• Manage stamping projects from concept to production launch.
• Create and maintain process documentation and reports.
