The role emphasizes precision, quality control, and 6S discipline, with responsibilities across tooling projects and stock management. Salary is $70,000–$75,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and no shift work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of documented Sr. Machinist/Tool Maker experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Read CAD drawings, prints and job orders to determine dimensions and machine setup.
• Set up and operate Mills, Lathes and surface grinders to exact specs; repair and maintain press tools and dies.
• Lead small project tooling or training for apprentices; support new tooling from commissioning to production.
