nVent is seeking skilled Tool & Die personnel to join our Solon, OH manufacturing team. This on-site role involves planning, building and repairing complex dies, reading detailed drawings, and performing high-precision machining with strict tolerances.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and a Journeyman’s card or equivalent experience; CNC and wire EDM experience is a plus. Excellent organization and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
