Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain injection molds and tooling.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine shop equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform precision machining, fitting, polishing, grinding and assembly work.
• Troubleshoot tooling and mold issues.
• Inspect, clean, repair and reassemble molds.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and production teams.
• Assist with new mold builds and production launches.
• Document repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment and work areas.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
