Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to fabricate, calibrate, and repair dies, tools and fixtures on a Monday–Friday day shift. The role requires reading blueprints, precise measurement, and hands-on use of CNC/manual tools.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with engineers and tool designers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate/degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in tool fabrication or related field preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate dies, tools and assemblies using blueprints, sketches and models.
• Set up machine tools and verify dimensions to tolerances.
• Operate lathes, grinders, milling and boring machines; assemble parts and repair gauges, jigs and dies.
• Inspect finished parts with dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers and micrometers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool problems and modify tools as needed.
