Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in tolling, transportation, mobility services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated relationships and credibility within tolling authorities or transportation agencies.
• Strong understanding of tolling operations, agency workflows, interoperability, and back‑office operations.
• Proven ability to manage executive‑level relationships and influence outcomes across public‑ and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Experience resolving complex operational or commercial issues with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for agency meetings, industry events, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of escalated issues with tolling authorities, including operational, billing, data, integration, and dispute matters.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, product, technology, legal, finance, sales, and account teams to resolve agency concerns.
• Translate agency feedback into clear internal actions, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
• Track open issues, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely closure.
• Partner with commercial, strategy, and operations leaders to advance business outcomes with toll agencies.
• Support expansion of partnerships, new integrations, and improved operating models.
